Shipping and Returns Policy

Your privacy is important to us. The Shipping and Returns Policy describes how we ship products and how returns are processed.

1. Data Control – Legal Notice

The controller for the data collected through the newba.cloud website (referred to as the "Website") is Newba Ltd with Company Registration 12447071, and with a registered office at 44 Kirkgate, Ripon, North Yorkshire, HG4 1PB (referred to as "Newba").

2. About Newba ICT's products

Newba provides enterprise software products in the Software as a Service model (SaaS), which trades a payment for the use of the service.

In this model, Newba offers the customer the possibility of using the contracted products without the need to deliver any physical products or install any software. It simply provides credentials which allow the customer to connect to a Cloud platform, where the servers for the contracted service are located.

The products/services offered by Newba in this model are:

  • Licences for use of Omnichannel Cloud Call Center software – Collab Nubitalk.
  • Licences for use of Service Desk application – Invgate Service Desk.
  • Licencias for use of Asset Management application – Invgate Insight.

3. Shipping Policy

At Newba, we sell products and services on a pay-as-you-go basis for the service (Software as a service).

Therefore, we do not ship any physical products.

Newba will use e-mail to send the client their credentials (URLs and user data) for connecting to the services.

The client first has access to the service and uses it and Newba will charge the client annually (twelve months of service) for the use of the contracted resources according to:

  • As stipulated in the contract with the client
  • The resources used within the billing period.

Similarly, in the case of returns, it is not necessary for the customer to send any product to Newba.

4. Payment Policy

At Newba, we sell software licences and services on a pay-as-you-go basis (Software as a service).

For this pay-per-use method, we bill licences and/or services on a monthly or annual basis, according to the contract established with the client.

The billing date (issue date(s) of the invoice) is defined in the contract with the client, and is always in advance of the availability of licenses and delivery of services.

The payment must be made by bank transfer within 30 calendar days of the invoice issue date. The bank account to make the payment will be indicated on the invoice.

Newba will use e-mail to send invoices to the client and the client can send proof of payment via the same method.

5. Returns Policy

At Newba, we sell products and services on a pay-as-you-go basis (Software as a service).

In this way, we only charge the customer for use of the service after consumption, so a refund of a purchase is only possible in the case of an error in the amount charged.

There is no return of the product, since it is not a physical product but the use of a software service.

If the client detects any problem with their receipt of services, they can contact us via email at soporte@newba.io, indicating the reason for the refund request.

In the event of an error on the part of Newba, the refund will be processed within two business days. Please note! The actual refund to the customer's account may take longer depending on the operating times of the financial services used by Newba.
